TV Themes

Mostly awful TV themes of programmes long forgotten like Albion Market and Super Gran. I've always had a soft spot for Chas 'N' Dave and Ian Dury so these two oddities made me fork out the 50p or whatever it was to buy this. The Ian Dury song is the theme of "The Diary of Adrian Mole aged 13 and Three Quarters".

Ian Dury - Now there was a uniquely English talent.

Chas 'n' Dave I have less time for - too much of the exaggerated cockney stereotype for my taste.

Yes, shame about Chas 'N' Dave - they started out with so much potential but seemed happy to sell themselves short. Thier first two records were full of great songs.
